Telephone/Webcast Seminars

HAVE YOU TRIED OUR NEW TELEPHONE/WEBCAST SEMINARS?
Have you tried our new telephone/webcast seminars? They are easy, convenient and cost-effective. Read on to learn more about this popular, new training option.

WHAT IS A TELEPHONE/WEBCAST SEMINAR?
A telephone seminar allows unlimited individuals to hear the audio portion of a workshop on your office speakerphone. By choosing the webcast option, participants will also be able to view online visuals as the presentation is delivered. Sessions are one hour and 30 minutes in length with time allotted for questions and answers. For questions that do not get answered during the session or questions that arise after the broadcast, the presenter's email address is provided.

DO WE HAVE THE NECESSARY TECHNOLOGY?
Nothing more than a speakerphone is necessary to participate in telephone seminars. And, most banks possess the necessary technology to participate in the webcast, if this is the option they choose.

HOW DOES YOUR BANK HOOK-UP?
We make it easy! Seminar materials are sent to you (via email or US Mail) prior to the broadcast. Once you have these, it's as easy as 1-2-3. All you need to do is

1. Dial in
2. Log on (if participating in the webcast)
3. Sit back and enjoy live training at your bank.

WHAT IF WE ARE NOT AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF THE BROADCAST OR MISSED THE SEMINAR?
As an added benefit, you may purchase a CD ROM/handout set of all presentations and have an "off the shelf" training program. AFFORDABLE TRAINING, WHEN AND WHERE YOU CHOOSE.

BY NOW YOU'RE PROBABLY ASKING YOURSELF, WHY HAVEN'T WE TRIED A TELEPHONE/WEBCAST SEMINAR?
It's easy, convenient and cost-effective. By participating in telephone/webcast training there is no time lost from work, NO TRAVEL TIME and you may train as many individuals as you like for one low price.
